MB Plough
Many believe that a farmer’s work is done soon after the last harvest or during the fallow period. However, before the next crop is sown, there is a crucial step not a lot of people know about. Land preparation is a step-by-step method to ready the field for the next crop to be seeded. The area to be cultivated must be free of weeds, rich in nutrients, having soft soil mass, and well-fertilized.
Zero Till Drill
Wheat is the most harvested crop of India. To improve its yield, JCBL Agri Solutions presents the Zero Till Drill, giving the farmers a single tool to perform multiple functions. This implement is capable of direct seeding of wheat without any mechanical disturbance of the soil. It lowers the chances of weed infestation while infusing 30 per cent of crop residue with the soil.
Super Seeder
Super Seeder is an essential seeding and ploughing implement for sowing crops such as wheat, maize, pea, and pulses, without burning crop residue. It helps plough the paddy residue and sow seeds for the next crop in a single pass. This eco-friendly technology keeps the soil nourished and saves water during irrigation.
Straw Reaper
When crop harvesting is done, the straw of wheat, paddy, millet etc. still remains in the fields. These have to be finely cleaned as fields have to be prepared for the next crop. JCBL’s Straw Reaper is a multi-purpose machine that cuts, threshes, and cleans the straw in a single operation. Its strong oscillating cutting blades can cut any standing straw and stubble.
Mulcher
Remains of the old crop are usually considered as waste. However, with the Mulcher, the farmer can make use of it as manure. This implement finely cuts and spreads crop remains of paddy, cotton, maize, sugarcane, and millet, chopping and spreading them evenly in the field. The bio-fertilizers get decayed when the new crop is to be cultivated.
