Wheat is the most harvested crop of India. To improve its yield, JCBL Agri Solutions presents the Zero Till Drill, giving the farmers a single tool to perform multiple functions. This implement is capable of direct seeding of wheat without any mechanical disturbance of the soil. It lowers the chances of weed infestation while infusing 30 per cent of crop residue with the soil. This lets organic matter fertilize the soil, enriching it for better production. Additionally, zero tillage technology promotes soil water conservation by allowing for water retention and reducing the need for excess irrigation. JCBL’s Zero Till Drill is equipped with a large hopper containing a dividing plate that separates the seed to be sown and fertilizer to be added to the soil.
A bigger hopper allows for better seed capacity in the implement that is to be sown.
The depth control wheels are provided on both sides of the drill which enable adjustments in the implement while sowing.
It makes the drill more suitable for sowing as adjustment in the implement can be made according to the seed size.
Strong frame of the implement gives it a better balance and protects from damage while in use.
Zero Till Drill is equipped with a 3-point hitch that effectively transmits the shifting force from the tractor to the implement.
